The Other Ones Foundation (TOOF)
The Other Ones Foundation (TOOF) exists to create opportunities, build community, and restore dignity for people experiencing homelessness in Austin, Texas. Through innovative programs like Workforce First, Going Home, and Vocational Skills Training, TOOF empowers individuals with low-barrier work opportunities, case management, and wraparound support.
At the heart of our mission is the Esperanza Community, a unique non-congregate shelter site providing safe and dignified accommodations for over 200 individuals. More than just a shelter, Esperanza is a place of transformation—offering access to medical and mental health care, job training, and the stability necessary to move into permanent housing.
By partnering with TOOF, sponsors play a vital role in building a more compassionate and effective response to homelessness—one rooted in humanity, opportunity, and hope.
